Get a comprehensive view of "emotional health at work":
  • For all the associates
  • For the different operational teams (team average and results per team).
Deliverables
  • Management gets a comprehensive assessment of the company and a comprehensive assessment of the teams, including an annotated report.
  • Furthermore, an assessment of key individuals is provided (executives, managers, functional managers, and associates who have an influence over their co-workers). Each key individual receives an annual assessment, including an annual debriefing.
Benefits
  • In addition to the general assessment and the team assessments, associates all get their own individual assessments, debriefed by a certified practitioner.
  • In the event of a change of position, negative sentiment, or change of teams, an individual may redo their assessment during the course of the year.
