InterQualia® Assessment Certification Training is a three-day professional training for practitioners who wish to integrate the emotional health approach, including the main tool called the InterQualia® Assessment, to their business activities in order to better serve individuals and businesses under their responsibility.

Overall Objective
Learn to independently use, as part of their professional practice, the emotional health approach and related tool, i.e. the Individual InterQualia® Assessment.
Specific Objectives
At the end of the training, the attendees will:
  • Be familiar with the main concepts related to the theory of emotional health in supporting individuals.
  • Understand and implement the principles of Flow and the Individual InterQualia® Assessment within the organization.
  • Be able to support their associates in developing their emotional health.

Day 2: Implementation

Use Case Analysis Training

  • Working in groups of two.
  • Sharing with the group and instructor feedback.

Training on the outputs

  • Demonstration.
  • Reviewing outputs of the attendees' use case analyses in groups of two.
  • Certification information.
Day 3: Supervising the first uses by the attendees of the InterQualia Assessment as part of their professional practices.
Each attendee must have used six InterQualia® Assessments in their professional practice before this third day.
There will be three types of use cases:
  • Two individuals in good emotional health.
  • Two individuals in bad emotional health.
  • Two "strategic" individuals: member of the Executive Committee, Human Resource Executive, etc.
Group size
Certification training sessions have a limited number of attendees in order to maximize the retention of learnings.
Pace of training
While days 1 and 2 of the training are consecutive, a few weeks of integration and experimentation are necessary between the second and third days, in order to enable knowledge transfer.

Fees for the InterQualia Certification
The cost of an Individual Assessment certification training is 3,500 CHF, including:
  • 3 days of training
  • Learning materials
  • 8 assessments to be used by attendees with their own clients (total value of 1,600 CHF)
  • 3 individual coaching sessions
Once certified, the attendees will, at no additional cost, get help from InterQualia's support service for any technical, scientific or marketing questions.
